Founded in 2017 by Shade, Bags & Boardrooms began as a simple networking event birthed from her personal journey of seeking mentorship and godly direction. At the time, she wasn’t building a business—she was building herself. But what started as one gathering quickly evolved into a Kingdom assignment—one that speaks to the heart of a woman’s identity before anything else.
This isn’t just about business. It’s about identity.
Because when a woman knows who she is in Christ, she receives the divine blueprint for her life—and that clarity unlocks everything: her personal growth, her leadership, her relationships, and her marketplace impact.
